SAM MUWAFAQ DMD

Dr. Sam is a General Dentist that takes a holistic approach towards dentistry. He has mastered the craft of various fields ranging from restorative to cosmetic dentistry. Beyond general dentistry, Dr. Sam specializes in IV Sedation and Implant services. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry and has completed a general practice residency at the UK hospital. Throughout his years in practice, Dr. Sam has completed many complex implant and restorative cases and has been recognized for his outstanding surgical skills even when it comes to wisdom teeth. Dr. Sam provides the best comprehensive care for every patient using modern technology, equipment, and techniques at Sharonville Family Dental.

Dr. Sam enjoys swimming, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with his family.

Jaelyn

Jaelyn has lived in Cincinnati for 24 years. She loves this city because of it's family fun activities and Skyline Chili. Jaelyn's education and dental background makes her a valued team member. Jaelyn attended Ross Medical Institute where she graduated as a certified Dental Assistant in 2013. She brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism along with personal experience with every patient.

In her spare time, Jaelyn enjoys spending time with her husband and her 2 boys. They enjoy going to concerts, Reds games, Kings Island, and spending time with local family and friends.

Emily

Emily has been a dental assistant at Sharonville Family Dental since January 2018. Her diverse dental experience has made her a valued member of the team! She grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and went to Ross Medical Institute and graduated in 2010 with her Dental Assisting Certificate. Currently she is attending University of Cincinnati working towards becoming a Dental Hygienist. In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym, soaking up the sun by the pool, margaritas, and tacos. She has lots of passion for the dental field and wants to help the world smile a little brighter.

Amber

Amber is the dental hygienist at Sharonville Family Dental. She has lived in Cincinnati on and off her entire life, with stints in Nashville, Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles. She loves this city because it's her hometown and she has watched as the city has grown and developed. Amber graduated from Xavier University with her BA in psychology and later attended University of Cincinnati and graduated with a registered dental hygiene degree. She has worked in the dental and medical fields her entire life, which is part of the reason why she's able to provide comprehensive care and emphasizes hygiene education to her patients. She is always ready to help and comes to work everyday with a smile.
